   董志兵
,男,湖北鄂州人, 1980 年生。博士, 楚天学者计划 楚天学子特聘教授,化学与环境工程学院副院长。 2007 9 -2008 9 月赴德国慕尼黑大学从事访问研究(导师是德国科学院院士 PaulKnochel 教授); 2008 12 月博士毕业(德国慕尼黑大学和南开大学联合培养博士); 2010 3 -2011 3 月,日本东京大学理学院 Shu Kobayashi 教授小组博士后; 2011 3 -2012 4 月,在德国亚琛工业大学有机所 Carsten Bolm 教授( JOC 副主编)小组从事洪堡学者研究; 2017 11 -2018 10 月,在德国慕尼黑大学做访问学者(合作导师: Paul Knochel 教授,德国洪堡基金会、中国留学基金委共同资助); 2012 5 - 至今,受聘武汉工程大学特聘教授。长期从事有有机合成方法学及其应用研究,用以合成有药物活性的化合物以及开发功能性新材料,已经在《 OrganicLetters 》、《 Green Chemistry 》、《 Chemistry-A European Journal 》、《 European Journal of Organic Chemistry 》、《 Tetrahedron Letters 》、《 Synthesis 》、《 Journal of Organometallic Chemistry 》等主流刊物上发表了研究论文 40 余篇(均被 SCI 收录)。目前主持国家自然科学基金、教育部留学回国基金、省教育厅科研重点项目等纵向项目 4 项。 研究小组和德国、日本、韩国以及国内科研院所的同行保持紧密的合作和交流。小组经费较为充足,各种化学试剂种类已达 800 余种,实验室硬件设施良好,能满足有机合成的常规操作。目前的管理和运作模式均参考欧洲实验室。

主要研究方向:有机合成方法学研究,用以合成有药物活性的化合物以及开发功能性新材料,如:

1)过渡金属催化的C-CC-NC-O以及C-S键形成反应;

2)金属有机试剂参与的有机化学反应;

3)功能性配合物的设计合成以及不对称催化;

4)多组分串联反应、水相有机合成。
